1- go to control panel and click Add New hardware



2-when Add Hardware wizard apper click next


3- chose yes,i have already connected my hardware then press next


4-chose add New hardware device then click next


5-select install the hardware manually then click next


6- chose  Network adapters then click next


7-chose Microsoft then chose Microsoft Loopback adapter then next


8-Next


9-Finish


10-go to control panel and click  network connection

11-Find your loopback (not basic network) and click it


12-click properties


13-chose internet protocol (tcp/ip) then click properties


14- type those ip's "60.169.0.65" and "255.0.0.0"

After that Rename your localarea conection To "loopback"
